I enjoyed the beautiful and modern design of this hotel, and the fact that they offered complimentary drinks and fruit in the rooms. The location was also very convenient - it was just a short walk to the main tourist attractions and shops. the breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options.
My Christmas at this hotel was ruined by the noise level. It was so loud from the bar and live music nearby that I couldn't sleep until late at night.

From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted by friendly staff who were ready to assist with anything I needed. The hotel was located right on the centre of the old town, making it convenient to explore the area where taxis can still drive. The hotel facilities were impressive as they had a private tea room and a quiet inner courtyard for absolute privacy. Also, the staff prepared delicious breakfast, afternoon tea, and night snacks that were included in the stay.
Not obvious to find.

This hotel is a luxurious haven in the heart of a lively district. the rooms have exclusive amenities, including a private outdoor dining area and in-room breakfast service. the staff is efficient and friendly, and there are special diet menus available for those with dietary restrictions. the garden area is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring the city.
The only minor issue was the noise from the adjacent street. Despite this, the leisure/TV room was a great place to escape and relax.

The breakfast was tasty and the coffee was really good. the staff arranged for a pick-up service which was very helpful. the location was great, right in the center of the action. I enjoyed the cozy room, and the personal butler service was a nice touch.
The room was way too small and I could not even move with my bags. There was a lot of noise from the traffic outside which made it hard to sleep.

Located on the heart of the old area, close to lively nightlife and walking street in the ancient town, this hotel promises convenience. Rooms are well-designed with a clean, modern aesthetic and comfortable beds. Staff are helpful, and free tea, coffee, and minibar add a touch of luxury. Breakfasts are enjoyable, with fresh and delicious options.
The hotel lacks amenities for foreign tourists, like English-speaking staff at all times.

During my recent stay at a beautiful boutique hotel in Dali, I was delighted to experience the exceptional personal touch provided by the staff. From the moment I entered the hotel, I felt a sense of serenity and attention to detail. The design of the hotel was exquisite, and I was fortunate to be upgraded to a room with a balcony. The workers were always smiling and willing to assist with any request, no matter how small or big. The hospitality was professional yet filled with warmth. The hotel provided delicious breakfast, afternoon tea, and night snacks, which were all included. Its location right near the tourist attractions made it convenient for exploring both day and night.
